An interesting project in so far as the client asked us to appeal against a planning enforcement due to the fact that the building is outside of the parameters of the planning permission.

Permission for an substantial detached building was granted by the Local Authority along with a further permission for a swimming pool. The Local Authority consider that the building is substantially different from the original approved application and issued an enforcement notice. We were approached to assist with the appeal process.
