A substantial planning achievement by the Garland Group.
Located in one of Wimbledon Village’s premier roads and also within a Conservation Area. The Garland Group were approached by the owner as a result of two applications which had previously been refused on the site.
Throughout the determination of the planning application we worked extremely closely with the Local Authority. Not only did The Garland Group achieve full planning for the demolition of the original property but the planning gain was in excess of the two previously refused applications.
The new house retains the character of the street; however the rear and its interiors are very contemporary.
Planning was achieved within 8 months and exceeded all our client’s expectations.
