The Garland Group were approached by the developer to assist with a potentially sensitive project within a Conservation Area in Wimbledon Village to knock down the existing property and replace with a pair of semi detached dwellings with two apartments in the basement.
After having been involved in previous planning applications on this site, the Garland Group were appointed by a local developer and after much local consultation achieved full planning permission at Committee level.
The project is currently under construction and The Garland Group have been retained to work with the Local Authority on the discharging of conditions.
