About
The Garland Group’s core business is planning consultancy working with developers, residents associations and private clients. The practice is based in Cobham, Surrey and we obtain the majority of our work through referrals based on our success rates. Last year we were responsible for around 9% of all applications in the SW19 environs and 10% through Elmbridge.
Typically we are involved with projects to maximise planning gains and regularly consulted when applications are refused and clients require a more specialised and local knowledge as the planning system is as much political as ‘technical’.
The success of the Garland Group over the past few years is as a result of our close relationships with the Local Planning Authorities and our ability to negotiate successfully with them through regular communication and long term relationships.
Our involvement can be from initial feasibility studies and advice to full planning applications acting as team leaders in seeing many projects through to conclusion.
The Garland Group is an active supporter of Esher Cricket Club and Oxshott Village Sports Club.
